Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to Geek Support Pc's Refund Policy. For subscription-based plans, a full refund is available if no issues are resolved within the first 30 days of your subscription. If one or more issues have been addressed, the subscription fee is non-refundable. However, Geek Support Pc may, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, refund the subscription fee after deducting service charges.

For incident-based plans, a refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • You met all requirements necessary to resolve the issue
  • The issue remained unresolved during the active service period
  • It has been less than 30 days since a Geek Support Pc technician last worked on your issue

Service Plans:

You may purchase services by placing Plan Orders via the Geek Support Pc website or by contacting us. Upon acceptance, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during registration. Geek Support Pc is not obliged to deliver services for unaccepted Plan Orders. Once a Plan Order is accepted, a service plan becomes active.

Undertaking:

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions and individual Service Plan terms, Geek Support Pc will use commercially reasonable efforts to address your issues. Diagnosis and solutions may be provided via chat, email, or remote access. Remote sessions will not leave behind any software, but a text file summarizing the service may be saved, which you may keep or delete. All services are subject to our Limited Warranty below. Service and applicable fees must be paid as outlined in your Plan Order.

Payment:

Services become active once full payment is received as per the selected Plan Order. Geek Support Pc is not required to provide services if payment is incomplete. Some Service Plans may include a one-time "Activation Fee" and may be billed annually or monthly. Annual Plans require upfront payment at the start of the cycle.

For Recurring Payment Plans, monthly fees apply along with a possible non-refundable Activation Fee. These fees are non-refundable unless stated in your Plan Order. All charges must be paid at the start of the Service Plan.

When enrolling in a Service Plan with a specific price and term (1, 2, or 3 years), you agree to the full payment terms. Discounts may apply when bundled with other Geek Support Pc services, and these bundled services must remain active for the discount to remain valid. You may lose the discounted rate if:

  • Your Term Plan ends
  • You cancel one of the bundled services
  • You terminate your plan early

To activate services, you must provide a valid credit card. You authorize Geek Support Pc to charge your card for any unpaid amounts. Charges may be attempted until payment is successful. Debit cards may also be used and will be treated the same way unless updated with credit card information.

Geek Support Pc is not liable for any fees incurred due to failed payments or insufficient funds. If enrolled in auto-payment, all charges will be applied accordingly. Payments by card are subject to your card issuer’s terms. Failed transactions may incur additional fees at our discretion.

Third Party Agreements:

Geek Support Pc may recommend third-party services. If you choose to use such services, you must follow their terms of use. These providers are fully responsible for delivering their services. Any misuse or violations may result in suspension or termination of your Geek Support Pc account.

Limited-Service Warranty:

Geek Support Pc provides no express or implied warranties for services, materials, or software, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. If you are dissatisfied, your remedies include (A) allowing us to re-perform the disputed services, or (B) re-downloading and reinstalling the software.

Some plans include a 7-day Limited Warranty, which applies only if all terms for that plan are met. All materials and software are provided "as is." Geek Support Pc disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of use, data, or revenue.

Limitation of Liability:

Geek Support Pc’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Plan Order related to the dispute.

Limitations on Actions: Any claim must be initiated within three (3) months of the issue or it will be permanently barred.

Term and Termination:

Geek Support Pc may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:

  • You violate our Terms and Conditions or third-party license terms
  • Your use is unlawful or disrupts services for others
  • A legal order requires termination
  • Geek Support Pc discontinues the service
  • You are no longer a customer
  • You abuse the service in any way
  • Severability clause applies

Waiver:

If any part of the Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced as much as possible, and all other terms remain effective. Failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.

No Offer:

Geek Support Pc websites may reference products or services not available in your country. These references do not imply that such services will be offered in your location.

Geek Support Pc may revise these Terms or website content at any time by updating:
